U.S. SHIPPING

CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR TENCEL COLLECTION ORDERS IS 1-2 WEEKSFree US shipping on orders $50 and over.  All items are shipped via USPS First Class Mail.  Once the order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

U.S. RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We offer free domestic returns and exchanges in the US.  For hygienic reasons, all underwear bottoms are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange.

We accept domestic returns and exchanges postmarked within 30 days of receipt. Returns must be received in new condition; unused, unworn and unwashed. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

To initiate a return or exchange, email support@wearproclaim.com and include your order number and reason for return. We will email you a prepaid USPS return label. We encourage you to reuse the original poly mailer that your item was sent in, which comes with a second adhesive seal specifically for returns. PROCLAIM MADE LLC will not reimburse you for return shipping expenses if you do not use our prepaid return label. When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

CURRENT LEAD TIME FOR TENCEL COLLECTION ORDERS IS 4-5 WEEKS.  Pre-orders for the Tencel Collection ship in 9 weeks.  We ship to Canada, UK and Australia via USPS First Class Package International, which generally arrives in 7 to 21 business days. Duties, VAT and other import taxes associated with international shipping are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.  Once the order is processed (please allow 1-2 business days), you will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Please note for international customers, you are responsible for the cost of shipping returns which can be done by a carrier of your choice. For hygienic reasons, all underwear bottoms are FINAL SALE and not eligible for refund or exchange.
